Tiny Harbor Town

Tiny Harbor Town is a gentle management sim where you grow a seaside village from a single dock. You balance fishing output, keep traders happy, and expand housing without choking your roads — and it all moves at a calm, forgiving pace.

The charm is in the details: townsfolk have small routines, the harbor fills with boats as you grow, and there's a quiet satisfaction in watching a tidy layout come together. Resource chains are simple enough to learn in an afternoon but deep enough to optimize.

There's no fail state, which some will love and some will find toothless. We used it as a wind-down game and it delivered exactly that.
